Job Title: Installation Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Installation Site Manager to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role. As an Installation Site Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of civil engineering and cable installation works on our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and execute civil engineering and cable installation works on our projects.
  2. Manage subcontractors and internal resources to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  3. Monitor progress against project programme and suggest mitigations for schedule slippage.
  4. Identify risks and opportunities and take proactive measures to mitigate risks or realise opportunities.
  5. Ensure work is performed according to Health & Safety and Environmental plans and regulations.
  6. Responsible for installation/service, both qualitatively and quantitatively performed in the best possible way, taking into account time, resource, and cost frames.
Requirements:
  1. Previous proven experience from turn-key land cable installation projects including civils and cable installation scope.
  2. UK NVQ/SMSTS, CSCS card to suit role, Black or Gold. Temporary works Experience/awareness.
  3. Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage).
  4. Social Skills: High capacity to establish good relations with client and subcontractor representatives on all levels.
