The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team within their area, identifying new business opportunities, and developing existing business through effective sales planning. They will also be expected to organize local market research and monitor competitor activity.

- Proven ability to manage and grow direct reports.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to leverage reporting data to drive growth and margin.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
