Job Title: Technical Operations Manager

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to join our technical department at SmartPro. This role involves managing departmental operations and participating in a range of responsibilities within the department.

The department operates under ISO 9001 standards, prioritising zero defects, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. As a Technical Operations Manager, you will work closely with both customers and manufacturing teams, providing essential support and fostering strong customer relationships to ensure product quality and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer-specific queries, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Lead new business enquiries through a structured system.
  • Analyse and interpret technical information to address in-house requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and test technical solutions.
  • Report on project status and contribute to strategic objectives.
