About the Role:

As a Corrugator Lead Operational Team Leader, you will be responsible for meeting the production plan for your department. You will work closely with other OTLs and the Operations Manager to ensure productivity, waste, and process improvement targets are achieved. You will lead and develop direct reports and ensure they work to all HSE & ISO requirements and operating/process standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the effective running of the production function daily
  • Have flexibility in working hours to suit the needs of the department
  • Be responsible for organizing crewing in collaboration with shift OTLs
  • Develop the team and oversee a training plan to ensure strong, multi-skilled and balanced shifts
  • Develop the team and department to deliver the site production plan in line with divisional/group initiatives to achieve service excellence
  • The coordination of work activities within the team, making appropriate decisions for the customers and exceeding their expectations
  • Responsible for driving productivity through effective monitoring of process performance to ensure the production plan can be delivered
  • Direct line leadership of the Corrugator team members including performance management, absence management and reporting in collaboration with shift OTLs
  • Undertake the annual performance review process with line reports
