About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Wellington. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the Warehouse Team: You will lead, coach, and develop new and existing warehouse team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Pick/Pack/Dispatch Function: You will own the daily pick/pack/dispatch function, ensuring stock is prepared and available to pick in line with seasonal forecasts.
  • Warehouse Operations: You will be instrumental in maintaining warehouse operational standards and processes, ensuring all team members follow procedures.
  • Fleet Management: You will be responsible for the FLT fleet.
Requirements
  • Process-Driven: You will be process-driven, with the ability to lead and motivate others and ensure staff productivity and performance.
  • Experience: Previous experience in warehousing/logistics at a supervisory or team leader level is essential.
  • Health and Safety: Experience managing health and safety in a warehouse environment is also required.
  • ERP Systems: You will need experience in stock control management, ERP systems, and data management using spreadsheets.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
