About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Digital Acquisition Executive to join our fast-growing marketing team at The Citation Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital strategy and delivering results-driven marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement our PPC strategy to generate high-quality leads and drive conversions
  • Collaborate with our brand, content, and acquisition teams to deliver engaging online content and resources
  • Analyse digital marketing analytics to inform data-driven decisions and optimise campaigns for improved performance
  • Work closely with our SEO and digital experience team to maximise synergies and drive business growth
  • Liaise with external agencies to continually optimise campaigns and improve results
  • Utilise Salesforce CRM to track successes and inform future marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC and SEM trends to ensure our marketing strategy remains competitive and effective

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of generating high-volume lead generation activity and conversion using digital tools. You will possess strong Google Analytics knowledge, channel marketing analytics, and e-commerce/digital P&L expertise. Excellent communication skills, the ability to make commercial decisions based on insight and analysis, and experience working alongside agencies are also essential.
