Your Role
We're seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Executive. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, converting interactions into vehicle, finance, and insurance sales.
You'll receive comprehensive sales process, FCA, and compliance training through our Sales Orientation course and manufacturer-specific training.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of £20,000 plus uncapped OTE and company car benefits.

Your Skills and Qualifications
An experienced salesperson with a passion for the motor industry.
Able to build rapport with customers easily and thrive in a target-driven environment focused on excellent customer outcomes.
A keen interest in the motor industry and desire for a successful sales career.
Your Key Responsibilities
Ensure customers receive excellent outcomes from every interaction.
Respond to queries from new and existing customers regarding new and used vehicle sales.
Guide customers through their purchase, providing outstanding customer service as the face of Marshall and the vehicle brand.
Achieve individual sales targets by fully exploring and satisfying customer needs for finance and insurance products and optional extras.
Maintain specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options, participating in regular updates.
Manage the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with procedures.
