The Company is a leading manufacturer and distributor of medical products, experiencing continuous growth. This is a fantastic career opportunity for a skilled sales professional.
The Role:
As an Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for selling a range of Vascular Access products, including IV, Extension Sets & Accessories, Needle Free & Blood Collection Systems, into various departments such as A&E, Theatres, Maternity, CT, and Pathology.
You will work with other sales specialists, support training on specific products, and meet/exceed financial and non-financial targets. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analysing the marketplace and developing an effective territory/account sales strategy
- Presenting the strategy to management for approval
- Maximising sales from product introduction to closing and contract negotiation
- Conducting regular product evaluations
- Achieving weekly and monthly KPIs, such as face-to-face meetings
About the Territory:
You will be covering Derbyshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, and Cambridge, ideally located around the Peterborough/Northampton/Cambridge triangle.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £32k-£40k (DOE), OTE, car allowance, phone, laptop, pension, and healthcare, as well as 25 days' holiday.
