Job Summary:
A highly experienced Sales Manager is required to join our client, a leading manufacturer of bespoke automation solutions based around conveyors and product handling machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and building a sales team to drive growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities and develop existing client relationships
Build and manage a sales team to drive growth and expansion
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales results
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales of product handling automation solutions or conveyor systems
Qualified Engineer or good technical background
Ability to prepare quotes and proposals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
About the Company:
Our client is a small but well-established privately owned British manufacturer of bespoke automation solutions based around conveyors and product handling machinery. They sell into the food, personal care, and can making markets with a blue chip client base and high levels of client retention and repeat business. Average order value ranges between £200,000 and £600,000. They are now looking to grow their business by recruiting an experienced Sales Manager to generate new business and build a sales team to double their turnover in the medium term.
