Role Profile

Policy Change Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Policy Change Coordinator to join our team at Brave Human Capital Group. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting existing customers with policy changes, selling personal and commercial insurance products, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support existing customers with policy changes and sell insurance products
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Meet sales targets and quality standards

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £27,500 - £31,500 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a bonus scheme based on sales and quality targets up to 5% of salary. You will also benefit from a strong team ethos and ethical practices, growth opportunities, regular social events, paid sick leave after one year's service, free onsite parking, and a full training scheme and ongoing professional development.
