Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Stock Controller to join our team in the Healthcare industry. This role involves travelling to various hospitals across the Midlands to manage the stock control of our client's products following deliveries from their HGV drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct stock control at various hospital sites across the Midlands.
  2. Receive and check deliveries from HGV drivers, ensuring all products are accurately accounted for.
  3. Utilise an iPad for accurate and efficient stock taking.
  4. Operate power pallet trucks to move stock safely and efficiently within hospital environments.
  5. Liaise with hospital staff to ensure stock is stored correctly and is easily accessible.
  6. Travel between multiple sites using a company-provided van, adhering to scheduled visits and timelines.
  7. Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous manner when interacting with hospital staff.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a stock control or inventory management role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  2. Good communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with hospital staff and HGV drivers.
  3. Proficiency in using stock control software and systems, including iPads.
  4. Experience operating power pallet trucks.
  5. Valid UK driving licence.
  6. Willingness to travel extensively across the Midlands.
  7. Customer-facing skills with the ability to work effectively within hospital environments.
Benefits:
50phr
Hours: 6am - 4pm (4-day week)

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of £50 per hour, plus benefits.
