We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Software Engineering and Controls Specialist. In this role, you will be part of our 12-month Industry Placement Programme, which offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our success story and gain hands-on experience in software development.

About the Role

This placement is designed to provide exposure to a breadth of engineering across various exciting projects, including Formula 1 and Advanced Technology. You will work closely with our experienced engineers to develop new concepts, manage the integration of power units with chassis, and engineer test rigs to push components and systems to their limits.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A strong academic background in software engineering, controls engineering, electrical/electronics engineering, or a related field.Prior practical experience in software development, either through coursework or internships.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
