As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Supply Chain team and key stakeholders in purchasing data analysis, administration, client service, and supplier management.
Key Responsibilities- Assist and lead in data preparation for category reviews and tenders
- Request, review, analyze, and report on Supplier Data
- Support the Strategic Sourcing Teams on contract build and execution, including loading onto our Contract Software System
- Support the Team on key project deliveries
- Assist the Directors and Managers in ensuring business compliance with company policies and procedures
- Excellent analytical and numerical ability, particularly through Excel
- Ability to establish, build, and harness long-term relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to prioritize workload and differentiate between urgent and important tasks
