You will work closely with our team to ensure that Cristina's needs are met and that she is able to participate in meaningful activities and engage with her community.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to Cristina, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Administer medication through a PEG tube and perform necessary flushes
- Assist with mobility and transfers using a hoist
- Support Cristina to engage in activities of daily living, such as eating, drinking, and accessing the community
- Work with therapists to ensure interventions are maximized and Cristina's needs are met
- Experience working with individuals with complex medical needs and Cerebral Palsy
- Ability to administer medication through a PEG tube and perform necessary flushes
- Experience with hoisting and transferring individuals with mobility impairments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive hourly rate of £17.00-£19.00
- Ongoing training and support
- 5.6 weeks annual leave pro rata
- Free DBS check
