Job Title: Emerging Talent Coordinator

As our Apprenticeships Coordinator with the Emerging Talent & Careers team, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our goal by supporting our direct-entry apprentices to develop through Apprenticeships. You'll utilize your passion for learning and development to help support individuals reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and analyze our Emerging Talent & Careers portal and create regular reports.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify apprenticeship opportunities and procure new providers where required.
  • Review learner evaluation forms to ensure providers are delivering to a high standard and programs meet business needs.
  • Review learner progress reports and hold quarterly reviews with colleagues to ensure support is being effectively utilized.
  • Coordinate learner registrations, progress monitoring, certifications activity, internal/external meetings, and business development opportunities.
  • Contribute to creating learning and development materials, including lunch and learns, and deliver awareness sessions.
  • Liaise with training providers and key partners to ensure our colleagues and learners receive a high-quality service and development.
Requirements:
  • You'll have a good understanding of apprenticeships and how they work.
  • You'll have experience in planning and coordinating programs and projects.
  • You'll enjoy a flexible and varied workload and be flexible to support events where required.
  • You'll have strong IT, administrative, organizational, task management, and time management skills.
