Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify children's communication needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches to promote effective communication and language development.
- Collaborate with families, other healthcare professionals, and educators to ensure a holistic approach to managing children's communication needs.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop strategies for improving outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service-wide initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided to children and families.

Requirements- Recognized Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent qualification.
- Membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Proven experience in working with children and young adults with communication disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting the changing needs of our service.
