About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our Children's Speech and Language Therapy Team. The successful candidate will work with children and young adults aged 0-19 with a wide range of needs, providing assessment, treatment, and advice in partnership with families and other health professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and develop treatment plans for children and young adults with speech and language disorders
  • Work collaboratively with families, other health professionals, and colleagues in education to maintain a holistic approach to the management of the child
  • Provide training and education to parents and carers on speech and language development and strategies to support their child

Requirements

  • Recognised SLT Degree or equivalent
  • RCSLT member
  • HCPC member
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
