Exciting Opportunity for a Speech and Language Therapist

Eden Brown Synergy is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in a varied role across four residential services settings in Northampton and Leicester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-led therapy programs for individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes for patients.
  • Maintain high standards of clinical care, adhering to national guidelines and regulations.
  • Participate in internal training and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure patient safety and protect their human rights.
Requirements:
  • HCPC registration.
  • Previous experience in a neurorehabilitation setting.
  • Specialist level dysphagia competency on the RCSLT framework.
  • Ability to motivate patients and work effectively in a team.
