Premium Beer and Wine Growth Leader

We are seeking an experienced Premium Beer and Wine Growth Leader to join our team at Asahi Europe & International Ltd. As a key member of our UK operations, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing our wine portfolio across London. With a focus on building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service, you will play a critical role in achieving our business objectives. Your remit is to grow the category with a results-driven sales strategy, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge to drive success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our wine portfolio across London, focusing on key customer relationships and market opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver wine training and education programs, ensuring all teams have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed.
- Manage pricing and menu development, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of the on-trade market to support site requirements and drive sales growth.
- Organise and conduct customer wine events, to showcase our portfolio and foster loyalty and engagement in our range.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales growth and category development in the on-trade sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
What We Offer:
- Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
