We're looking for a reliable and diligent individual to join our housekeeping team as a cleaner for elderly residents. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our care home, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our residents.

Responsibilities
  1. Clean all allocated rooms, including furniture, fixtures, fabrics, carpets, and equipment
  2. Clean bathrooms and toilets, paying close attention to guidelines for controlling germs and infestation
  3. Ensure rooms are free from odours
  4. Familiarise yourself with our health and safety statement on COSHH
  5. Handle waste bags and their prescribed disposal
  6. Aware of required care standards regulations governing your role
  7. Maintain client and business confidentiality at all times
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in a similar industry or role, although this is not essential. You'll also require excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
