Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in the UK & IRL region. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development of new sales channels and commercial agreements.
About the Role:
• Actively identify, pursue, and develop new business channels to sell diagnostics tools via various channels.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements to drive product penetration and revenue growth.
• Engage with key customers, fostering strong relationships and closing sales deals.
• Implement a sales plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of field sales or business development experience with automotive aftermarket focus.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to identify and develop business channels on the ground.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
