We are seeking a skilled Area Manager to join our team, providing dedicated support and guidance to our franchisees across the Nottingham area.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, with experience in sales, marketing, and leadership. They will be able to drive student enrolment and retention, whilst advising franchisees on marketing and promoting their centre.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to interpret data and analytics, and possess excellent communication skills. They will also be able to network and recruit franchise candidates, whilst maintaining a consistent study centre visit schedule.

As a key member of our team, the Area Manager will be responsible for ensuring franchisees meet and exceed expectations, by providing coaching, mentoring, and critical support. They will also be responsible for monitoring core practice for compliance, and driving business growth.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a full UK Driver's Licence and have the Right to Work in the UK.
