We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our close-knit team of GPs and Nurses in the Croydon area. As a GP Training Practice, we are committed to providing an excellent service to all patients and offer a supportive environment for career development.
About the Role:This is a part-time (2-3 days per week) Practice Nurse position with a mixed workload of traditional practice nurse duties and chronic condition management. The successful candidate will have experience in compression management and be able to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care and management of chronic conditions
- Conduct face-to-face appointments and manage patient lists
- Work collaboratively with the GP team and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
- A competitive salary of up to £48,750 per annum based on experience
