Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating events, including conferences, meetings, and workshops.
  • Logistics Management: Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and other event-related services.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for event hosts, stakeholders, and attendees, ensuring that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Event Execution: Oversee the execution of events, including setup, registration, and tear-down.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during events, ensuring that the event runs smoothly and on schedule.
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Assist in evaluating the success of events, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes for future events.
Requirements
  • 12+ months experience in event coordinating or management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in event planning software and tools
