About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Practitioner to join our team at The Grove Lodge & Courtyard. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional standards of care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and responsive service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments

Requirements
  • A Level 3 qualification in Adult Care or equivalent
  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably in a senior role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and support
