Requirements:

  1. CIPD qualified, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  2. 8+ years of HR experience, 3+ years in a management role.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
  4. Proven track record in strategic HR planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
  5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
