We are seeking an experienced Teacher for Students with Autism and SLD to join our SEND community at Tradewind Recruitment. As a Special Needs Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students aged 11-16 with Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience teaching students with SEND, be empathetic, patient, and able to adapt their teaching methods to cater to individual needs and abilities. The school's bespoke curriculum focuses on preparing students for life after school and aims to help them achieve their potential.

The school boasts an impressive array of facilities, including sensory rooms, soft play areas, hydrotherapy pools, forest school environments, outdoor play spaces, and a student-supported cafe.

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary up to £220/day for the first 12 weeks, followed by equal pay to what the school would offer on contract from the 13th week onwards.
