Job Title: Anti-Social Behaviour Manager

At G2 Recruitment Group Limited, we are seeking an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of ASB Officers to deliver high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong, effective, and positive management to ASB Officers, establishing a culture that drives positive performance and delivers high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the Neighbourhood teams to map ASB hotspots and identify solutions to address these issues.
  • Collaborate with local partner agencies to ensure an effective multi-agency response to serious or persistent problems of ASB and tenancy fraud.
  • Develop and support effective working practices and cross-team collaboration to deliver ASB services and tenancy enforcement action.
  • Provide guidance and support to ASB Officers on complex cases, using experience in ASB to make key decisions on initial actions.
  • Build a high level of individual and team knowledge and expertise in areas of ASB to ensure a consistently high standard of service delivery.
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar team leading/supervisory role, preferably in a public sector organization.
  • Extensive knowledge of best practice in tackling ASB.
  • Significant experience of achieving successful outcomes in managing ASB.
  • Demonstrable achievement in developing a team to build team competence and performance.
  • Good understanding of good practice in managing tenancy fraud and key legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to adapt approach to the audience.
