**Job Overview:**

We are looking for an exceptional Speech and Language Therapist to work alongside our multidisciplinary team at Meath School. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload, conduct thorough assessments, and implement effective therapy programs.

**Salary and Benefits:**

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £38,048 - £41,896 per year, as well as generous annual leave, professional development opportunities, and a workplace pension.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a specialist caseload of children with severe and complex speech, language, and communication needs within the school.
  • Conduct detailed assessments, including differential diagnosis and implementing tailored therapy programs.
  • Deliver innovative therapy, using augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) methods
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop and monitor Individual Education Plans and Annual Reviews.
