We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales and service targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage stock levels and inventory to ensure optimal availability and minimize waste
- Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and management

About the Designate Role:
The Designate Store Manager role is a unique opportunity to support our business by traveling to various stores within a 1-hour radius of your base location. This role will provide you with exposure to different store environments and day-to-day variety, while also supporting future hiring needs. As a Designate Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and drive sales growth.
