HR Assistant Job Description

HRLife Ltd is seeking a talented HR Assistant to join their busy team. As the company continues to grow, this role will play a crucial part in providing efficient and effective support across all areas of HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to employees and managers, being the first point of contact for HR queries.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including writing and posting job adverts, managing responses, and sending interview details.
  • Update and maintain company policies in line with current legislation.
  • Provide accurate information to the Payroll team regarding new starters, leavers, salary, and benefits.
  • Prepare and produce pay increase letters.
  • Support with various acquisition projects.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a busy HR department in a UK-based company.
  • HR graduate with a desire to learn and do a great job.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work at pace and maintain accuracy.
