About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Family Support Worker to join our team at Ernehale Flying High Academies. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and learning of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement family-centered support strategies.
  • Provide signposting services to families and support school staff in promoting positive learning behaviors.
  • Coordinate provision with the inclusion team to ensure seamless support for students.
  • Liaise with parents to address welfare and home-school liaison matters, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to safeguarding guidelines.
