Product Design Teacher Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Product Design Teacher to join our team at a reputable Secondary School in North London.

About the School

The school is a welcoming and tranquil area in North London, rated as "Outstanding" across the board by OFSTED in its most recent inspection. The school prides itself on an excellent all-round education that its students leave with, most of whom go on to higher education to read at the most prestigious Universities both domestically and abroad.

About the Role

As a Product Design Teacher, you will be teaching Key Stage 3-4, with the offering of Key Stage 5 to be added to the timetable for a capable practitioner. You will need to be confident in delivering GCSE and A Level to a high standard. Ideally, you will have an undergraduate degree in a related Product Design field along with the appropriate Product Design teacher training qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Teach Product Design to Key Stage 3-4 students
  • Deliver GCSE and A Level Product Design to a high standard
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver all lessons independently
  • Participate in extra-curricular activities

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a related Product Design field
