We are looking for a talented Accounts and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at KBM RESOURCING LTD. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the general administrative duties within the accounts department, including maintenance of the purchase ledger, reconciliation of petty cash, and managing the reception area.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills, a high standard of accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality. Previous experience in an accounts department and knowledge of Sage 50 are essential. Additionally, computer literacy with sound knowledge of Microsoft office programs is required.
Job Description:This role involves:
- Maintenance of accurate records and data integrity.
- General administration duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Reconciliation of petty cash and management of the reception area.
The estimated salary range for this position is between £30,000 and £40,000 per annum. Benefits include a company pension, free parking, life insurance, and private medical insurance.
