AAA are supporting our client in Portlethen with their requirement for an Administrator with an immediate start available.

This position is a short term temporary position for approximately 4 weeks.

**Responsibilities**
- Booking flights for business travel
- Generating sales quotes for potential customers
- Document control tasks, including organising and managing office documentation
- Coordinating freight shipments, including booking and tracking
- Processing sales orders and ensuring accurate documentation
- Utilising Excel for various administrative tasks
- Familiarity with Dimensions (Accounts system) for data entry and reporting

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a similar office-based role
- Access to own vehicle due to the remote locate of the role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 1 month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
