About the Role:

Sedgwick is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Repair Solutions team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, including being a focal point for team inquiries, identifying and fulfilling training requirements, team morale, absence management, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their performance and career development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a team leadership or management role, preferably in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
