About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Team Leader to join our team at Companies House. As an Operational Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading our operational teams and ensuring excellent team performance, great delivery, and quality of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide great leadership, coaching, and support to team members.
  • Line manage a team and ensure excellent team performance.
  • Provide great customer service and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Focus on and deliver continuous improvement for the team and the organization.
  • Communicate well and build relationships to support the team and the organization.
  • Ensure diversity, inclusion, and staff wellbeing are valued and supported.
