Job Title: SEND Learning Support Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SEND Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Academics. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide individualized support to students with SEND, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  2. Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  3. Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, ensuring that students with SEND receive the support they need to succeed.
  4. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure that students receive the best possible support.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with SEND.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced education environment.
