Job Title: SEND Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a Secondary School in Southwark. As a key member of our school community, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with SEND, ensuring they have access to an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Assist with implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapting learning activities to meet students' specific needs.
• Work collaboratively with the SENCO and classroom teachers to develop strategies for supporting student progress.
• Facilitate one-to-one and small group interventions to enhance learning and promote independence.
