We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in our primary and secondary schools. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with autism, physical disabilities, and general SEND.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students with personal care needs, such as hygiene and feeding.
- Support students with therapy sessions to promote their development.
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- Play a significant role in promoting students' learning journeys and helping them reach their full potential.
