Used Car Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead our new team at our flagship site in Camberley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting, inducting, and developing a team of circa 50 sales executives to achieve exceptional sales results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance and results.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
- Manage and maintain a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective sales processes.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
