About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Services Operations Assistant to join our team at Haven Holidays. As a key member of our Permanent Cleaning Services Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Cleaning Services Team Manager with planning, preparation, and activity attributed to the day-to-day operation of the Cleaning Services department.
  • Assist with stock management and orders, team rotas, recruitment, and team training, budget performance, safety, and legislative compliance checks.
  • Ensure the delivery of a clean and safe environment for our guests, monitoring daily service and tasks, responding to feedback, and addressing areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Previous experience of working within a large team.
  • The ability to work at pace and under pressure while remaining organized.
  • Experience of planning and organizing operational tasks, stock control, and managing budgets.
  • Confidence in dealing with guest concerns and the ability to resolve problems, show empathy, and understanding.
