Business Development Manager

Are you looking for a challenging Business Development Manager role in the South East region? Silbo Select Ltd is seeking a talented professional to join their team as a Business Development Manager - CNC Machining. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting high-quality cutting products and solutions to the Manufacturing, Automotive, and Aerospace sectors.
You will work from home and report to the Regional Manager, managing existing accounts and developing new business by selling directly to customers and within a distribution network. You will cover a range of postcodes and ideally live in the Bromley, Croydon, Dartford, Kingston upon Thames, Rochester, Redhill, or Tunbridge Wells areas.
The ideal candidate will have success in selling metal cutting tools but it's not essential. You should be comfortable reading Engineering drawings and preferably have a Mechanical Engineering qualification or served a technical apprenticeship. Alternatively, you could have experience in CNC machining or programming machines and sold a similar product into the Manufacturing, Automotive, or Aerospace sectors.
This role comes with a competitive salary package including £42,000 - £44,000 + exc bonus + FE car + benefits.
