About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at DX Network Services Limited. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse team, ensuring that all aspects of the operation are completed in a customer-focused, secure, and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the team on shift, ensuring all aspects of the operation are completed in a customer-focused, secure, and cost-effective way.
  • Use company systems to create and update deliveries and to locate, track, and trace items.
  • Communicate with all relevant departments and build strong relationships with the Customer call centre.
  • Answer customer queries in a fast and efficient way.
  • Actively promote and encourage a 'can-do' attitude and approach with the team.
  • Daily communication with Lifestyle Couriers, setting customer standards and expectations, feedback on signature rates, FTSA, FTSD, and any relevant customer KPI.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews, improving multi-skill training, and productivity.
  • Carry out all tasks in accordance with our Standard Operations Processes.
  • Ensure KPIs are achieved through effective control, monitoring, and review.
  • Implement and maintain Health and Safety and Security Policies.
  • Adhere to a strict Security Policy throughout the Service Centre.
  • Perform any other duty as reasonably requested by a Senior Manager.
Essential Criteria
  • Previous experience in the mail or distribution industry.
