About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join DX Network Services Limited as a Warehouse Team Leader - Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all aspects of the operation are completed in a customer-focused, secure, and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the warehouse team to ensure efficient and effective operation of the facility
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including customer service, sales, and logistics teams
  • Collaborate with the C&D Manager to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
  • Implement and maintain health and safety and security policies, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures
