We're seeking a skilled Assistant Design Manager to join our Construction team at Kier Group, working on a high-profile project at a secure facility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Support the Head of Design in managing and delivering design solutions through all RIBA stages.

• Assist in producing design programmes, design scopes, design responsibility matrices, appointments, schedules to record progress, and upline reporting.

• Participate in necessary meetings and workshops, and take ownership of reviewing design documentation for contract compliance.

• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement design solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

• Support the production of Scope of Works and works packages, and contribute to the technical evaluation during the tender phase.

**Requirements:**

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a related field.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Proficiency in design software and tools, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
