Project Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Manager to join our team at Octavius Infrastructure. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing project costs, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and business plan commitments.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project costs according to contractual agreements and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee financial performance and ensure profit targets are met through effective cost control and budgeting.
- Administer change control processes and meet contractual timescales to minimize delays and costs.
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities effectively to ensure project success.
- Deliver compliant procurement processes and manage the supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in handling commercial queries and legal matters, including disputes, to protect the company's interests.
- Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and maintain financial logs to ensure accurate project tracking.
- Prepare and participate in monthly cost review meetings to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with assurance processes and legislative requirements to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and suppliers to foster a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and open communication.

You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
