Electrical Product Support Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Product Support Engineer to join our team at Ideal Personnel. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical issues, and developing training materials and user guides.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues related to our products
  • Develop and deliver training courses and presentations to clients and internal teams
  • Write user manuals, technical guides, and other documentation to support our products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in electrical product support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, ladder logic, and structured text programming languages
  • Experience with electrical motion control systems and industrial communication protocols
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with inspecting and testing electrical devices
  • Working knowledge of electrical test equipment and tools
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Technical product support experience and training delivery
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as PROFINET, EtherCAT, and IO-Link
