Electrical Product Support Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Product Support Engineer to join our team at Ideal Personnel. As a key member of our global client's support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of their electrical products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and program PLCs, motor drivers, and industrial communications systems
  • Design and deliver training courses and presentations to customers and internal teams
  • Write user manuals, technical guides, and other documentation to support product usage
  • Conduct investigations and tests to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, Ladder, and Structured Text programming languages
  • Experience with electrical motion control systems for industrial applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with inspecting and testing devices
  • Working knowledge of pneumatic and electrical test equipment
  • Project management and planning skills
  • Technical product support experience
  • Experience delivering technical training
