Our well-established global client is seeking a highly skilled Electric Actuators Product Support Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the support team, you will be responsible for setting up and programming PLCs, motor drivers, and industrial communications (PROFINET, EtherCAT, IO-Link, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training courses/presentations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Write user manuals and technical guides to support product usage
  • Investigate and test products to evaluate their performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
  • Degree or HND qualification in Electronics, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs and Ladder or Structured Text programming language
  • Experience with electrical motion control for industrial applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with inspecting and testing devices
  • Working knowledge of pneumatic and electrical test equipment
  • Project management skills
  • Technical product support experience
  • Experience delivering technical training
